We offer discount codes from time to time, and you can use one discount code per transaction.

To apply your code:
• Proceed to checkout and enter your code in the “Gift Card or Discount Code” box.
• Click “Apply” to update your total before completing your order.

If you’re having trouble entering your promo code, please try clearing your browser’s cache or placing the order from a different device.

Important Information

• Only one code can be used per order, so promo codes cannot be combined.
• Promo codes do not apply to sale items unless otherwise specified.
• Certain collections may also be excluded from promotions—for example, new releases, limited editions, or special seasonal collections. When this applies, exclusions will be clearly noted in the promotional email or offer details.

Price Adjustments & Retroactive Discounts

If you forgot to apply a discount code during your purchase, we may still be able to help. Following the same guidelines as our price adjustment policy, Viscata will honor a one-time price adjustment on full-priced items purchased on viscata.com within seven days of the original order date.
