Points are added automatically in your Sole Circle account. Your balance may take a short time to update after an order or activity.

You can earn points through:

• Shopping at VISCATA (points awarded for your purchase total)

• Creating an account

• Writing a review

• Uploading a photo

• Following us on social (Instagram / Facebook / Pinterest)

When do my Sole Circle points expire?

Your Sole Circle points expire 365 days after the date they were earned.

Points do not reset at the beginning of each calendar year. Since each set of points has its own expiration date, you may have points with different expiration dates depending on when they were earned.

Please note that points expire based on their individual earning date, regardless of whether you make another purchase or earn additional points later.
