How do I view my points balance, VIP tier and redeem my rewards?Updated 2 months ago
If you're a member of The Sole Circle, you can view your points balance, available rewards, and VIP tier status at any time.
How to access your loyalty account
- Log in to your Viscata account using the same email address used for your purchases.
- Visit our website.
- Open The Sole Circle launcher located in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
- Your points balance, available rewards and codes to redeem, earning history, and VIP tier status will be displayed there.
Important
Being logged into your Viscata account does not automatically display your loyalty information within your account dashboard.
To view your rewards and tier status, you must open The Sole Circle launcher after signing in.

Redeeming rewards
When placing an order:
- Log in and open the Sole Circle launcher to get your reward code.
- Add your items to cart.
- Proceed to checkout while logged in.
- Apply the code before completing your purchase.
Note: Rewards as applied as discount codes and may not combine with other promotions.
