Can I use a payment method owned by someone else?

Yes. As long as you have the approval of the card owner. We take your account security seriously. There are instances that your bank will do a verification process before charging your account especially for multiple and large orders. Please provide the Name of the account owner, and the complete Billing Address to ensure that the order will be processed.

Do you keep my Payment Information?

On the checkout page, there will be a place where you will see an option to save your information.

How can I know if my order placement is successful?

You will receive an order confirmation via email once you successfully place the order. You can also check for your order status once you log in to your account.
