VIP tiers are based on how many points you earn within a rolling 365-day period. Once you reach a new tier, perks are applied automatically.

• Silver (1+ point / 365 days): Early access to private sales

• Gold (200+ points / 365 days): Early access to private sales + seasonal drops

• Diamond (500+ points / 365 days): VIP Customer Service

• Platinum (900+ points / 365 days): VIP Customer Service + exclusive product previews / first access to new collections

Because tiers are calculated over a rolling 365-day window, your tier may change if your points earned during that period change.
