Can I pre-order an item?Updated 3 months ago

Yes! Viscata offers pre-orders on select shoes. 

The preorder process is easy. You can pre-reserve select styles by making a regular purchase via our online store. If an item is available for pre-order, you’ll see a “PRE-ORDER” button on the product page.  Please note, just adding items to your bag does not reserve them, you need to finish the checkout process to confirm your pre-order. Full payment will be taken at the time of your preorder is made. Please, note that our Gift cards cannot be used for preordered items.

You will receive an order confirmation email of your purchase with an estimated shipping date. We will also list the shipping date once you have added your item to your cart. Sometimes, though, there may be delays in the shipments arriving from Spain but rest assured that you will be informed if necessary.

Once the stock is available and your order gets processed by our warehouse team, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email.
