Yes — we offer refunds and exchanges within 90 days of purchase. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging, with all tags intact.
Please note:All sale items marked with a 15% discount or more are final sale and non-returnable. These products are also featured in our Last Chance section while stocks last. If you wish to return a sale item, we can offer a gift card for future use or help you exchange it for another suitable product from our catalog.
  • U.S. domestic orders and Canada/Australia orders can be returned or exchanged easily through our Online Returns Centre.
  • For international returns, please visit our Online Returns Centre and follow the on-screen instructions to request a refund or store credit. Please note that for international orders (outside US or Canada/Australia), Viscata does not offer free returns — customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving your returned item.
