Your store credit is always issued as an e-gift card sent to the email address used when placing your order.

If you don’t see it in your inbox, please make sure to also check your spam or junk folder, as the email may have been filtered there.

If you still can’t find your store credit email — or if it was accidentally deleted — simply contact our team at [email protected] with your order number and the email address used for your purchase. We’ll be happy to resend your e-gift card.
