How to make a return?
Have you received your order and discovered that your Viscata shoes are not what you expected? We regret that this has been the case but we always want your Viscata experience to be the most satisfactory and for this reason, we will help you step by step so that you can return or change the products following these easy instructions.
1. Check where the purchase was made.
- If you made your purchase through any means other than our website www.viscata.com, you must contact that provider to initiate the return process.
2. Check the validity of the return.
- Returns and changes are accepted within 90 days of the online purchase. Purchases from the website must be returned with the original box .
- Viscata reserves the right not to accept used or deteriorated merchandise. Any returned merchandise that is deemed unsellable after careful inspection will receive a partial or no refund.
- PLEASE NOTE: All items purchased on sale are final and non-returnable. These sale items, marked with a discount of 15 % or greater on the product page, will also be displayed in our Last Chance section while stocks last. If you decide to return, we can only offer a gift card to use in future purchases or you may exchange the item for another more suitable product from the catalog.
3. In order to submit your online return request you must do as it follows:
A) Easy Returns and Changes with Viscata - Orders shipped in the USA and international orders from Canada /Australia
1. Go to our Returns Centre and enter your 6-digit Order # and Zip Code/Email address. Click on " Find order" button and then "Start Exchange or Return".
2. Choose the product/s you need to return from the list and select from the menu the reason why you return them. Add any extra comments if necessary.
3. Select from the options Exchange for new color or size, Exchange for a similar style, Return item for a refund, Return item for Store credit or Shop for something new accordingly. (Note: if you select any of the two last options you will get an extra $20 bonus)
When you choose return you will be able to check the overall amount of your refund to be processed before submitting your return.
Please note that if you wish to exchange for a completely different item, you can also submit your request for a refund/store credit and place a new order.

4. Return the shoes (print return label or show digital QR code if provided) Please note item(s) must be shipped to us within 8 days of receiving your Return Label. If your label expires please contact us via [email protected].
We strongly advise that you use the label provided by Viscata if you wish that your return is processed in a timely manner. If you prefer to return the item(s) using a different method, please, make sure that a registered & tracked service is used and keep a receipt. Do not forget to send us a copy of the receipt and the shipping details via the above-mentioned contact email.
Once your return label or QR code has been scanned, your refund/ store credit or exchange will be processed within 24 and 48 hours respectively.
