How to Make a Return
Did your Viscata shoes not meet your expectations? We’re sorry to hear that! We want your experience with Viscata to be seamless, so we’ll guide you step by step to return or exchange your items.
1. Check where your purchase was made
If your order was placed outside of www.viscata.com, please contact that retailer directly to initiate your return.
2. Check the validity of your return
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 90 days of purchase.
Items must be returned in their original box and in unused, unwashed and unaltered condition.
Viscata reserves the right to deny returns for items that are used, damaged, or unsellable. In such cases, a partial or no refund may be issued.
Important:
Sale items (15% off or more), including Last Chance items, are final and non-returnable.
These items can only be exchanged or returned as a gift card for future purchases.
3. Submit your return request
A) Orders shipped in the USA and international orders from Canada & Australia
Go to our Online Returns Center. Enter your 6-digit Order # and Zip Code or Email, then click “Find Order” and “Start Exchange or Return.”
Select the product(s) you wish to return and choose a reason from the menu. Add comments if needed.
Choose your return option:
Exchange for a different color or size
Return for a refund
Return for store credit or shop for something new (includes a bonus)
Review the details of your exchange/refund before submitting.
4. Return the shoes
Print your return label or show the digital QR code if provided.
Ship within 8 days of receiving your label. Expired label? Contact [email protected].
Using the Viscata-provided label ensures faster processing.
If you use another shipping method, make sure it’s registered & tracked, keep the receipt, and email a copy along with shipping details to [email protected].
Once scanned, your refund, store credit, or exchange will be processed within 24–48 hours.
B) Other international orders
- Enter your 6-digit order number and ZIP code or email address.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to request a refund or store credit.
- Print the packing slip included in your return confirmation email and place it inside your return package.
- Ship the return to the address provided in the return instructions.
- Once shipped, please email the tracking number to [email protected] so we can monitor your return and assist if needed.
