For all US domestic orders and international orders from Canada and Australia, you can start the whole process by visiting our Online returns center where you can print a shipping label and drop it off at the carrier listed.
Please note item(s) must be shipped to us within 8 days of receiving your Return Label. If your label expires please contact us via [email protected]. We strongly advise that you use the label provided by Viscata if you wish that your return is processed in a timely manner. If you prefer to return the item(s) using a different method, please, make sure that a registered & tracked service is used and keep a receipt. Do not forget to send us a copy of the receipt and the shipping details via the above-mentioned contact email.
An email confirmation will be sent as soon as your return has been processed.
For international orders, please note that Viscata cannot refund international shipping costs at this time. Also, for international returns from other than the above mentioned countries (CA and AU) you will have to arrange the return and cover any associated shipping fees. Please note: All items purchased on sale are final and non-returnable. These sale items, marked with a discount of 15 % or greater on the product page, will also be displayed in our Last Chance section while stocks last. If you decide to return, we can only offer a gift card to use in future purchases or you may exchange the item for another more suitable product from the catalog.
