How do I start a return?Updated 2 months ago

For US domestic orders and international orders from Canada and Australia, you can start the return process by visiting our Online Returns Center. There, you can print a shipping label and drop off your package at the listed carrier.

Return Shipping Guidelines:

  • Items must be shipped within 8 days of receiving your Return Label.

  • If your label expires, contact [email protected].

  • Using the Viscata-provided label ensures faster processing.

  • If you choose a different shipping method, use a registered & tracked service and keep the receipt. Email us a copy of the receipt and shipping details so we can track your return.

You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

International Orders:

  • Currently, Viscata cannot refund international shipping costs.

  • For returns from countries other than Canada and Australia, you are responsible for arranging return shipping and covering any associated fees.

  • To initiate a return visit the Viscata Return Center and follow the on-screen instructions to request a refund or store credit.

  • Print the packing slip included in your return confirmation email and place it inside your return package. 
  • Ship the return to the address provided in the return instructions. Once shipped, please email the tracking number to [email protected] so we can monitor your return and assist if needed.

Please Note:

  • Sale items (15% off or more), including items in the Last Chance section, are final and non-returnable.

  • If you return such items, you can only receive a gift card for future purchases or exchange for another product from the catalog.
