What should I do if my shoes get wet?

Because the sole of the shoe is covered in natural rubber the bottom is protected from water. However, if you notice the jute rope has gotten slightly wet, just place the shoes where they can air dry.

How do I clean my shoes?

Canvas /Linen: 

Gently wipe with a damp, mildly soapy sponge, using small motions to avoid unraveling the jute. Always let them air dry. They will mold to your feet again after some use. Make sure the jute does NOT get wet. If it does, just let the shoe air dry.

For odor elimination, sprinkle talcum powder in the shoes and leave overnight. 

With regular maintenance, these durable and comfortable shoes will endure season after season, remaining in excellent condition. 

Suede/Leather:

Dust them off with a soft cloth or brush. To remove stains from a suede style use a rubber eraser, a brush or cloth to brush away any dry dirt and stains.  Care should be taken to brush in the same direction. If you brush in different directions, some suedes will give the appearance of being two different colors.

For tough stains use a specially designed suede cleaner. Always test any product in a small area first.

You can also buy sprays to brighten up the original color.

For leather styles, in order to remove dirt, wipe gently with a dry cloth to remove any dried-on dirt and dust. Then apply a leather cleaner and allow leather to dry naturally, away from direct sunlight and direct heat sources (like heat vents) that can dry out the leather. Use a high-quality cream polish that matches the shoe color, then buff to a shine.

Squeaky Shoes: 

Friction on the leather makes the shoes to produce irritating noise and it naturally creates squeaky sounds. If the squeak comes from the toe rubbing against the inner leather lining it might help to rub leather cleaner or alcohol over the leather.
