This hold acts as a form of security while your original item is on its way back to us.

You may see this as a pending charge on your bank statement, but it is not a completed charge.

When is the hold released?

The authorization hold is released once your return is confirmed received by our team.

Depending on your bank, it may take a few business days for the hold to disappear from your account.

What happens if I don’t return the original item?

If the original item is not returned, the authorization hold may be converted into a charge for the item value.
