We regret to inform you that Viscata does not have spare parts (laces, straps, insoles, soles) for sale. You may able to find them in specialized stores and marketplaces.

If you are interested in changing the soles of your shoes, we recommend looking for a local shoe repair shop with experience in this type of service.  

If you have any issue with your shoes, please send us the following information:

• Viscata order number or purchase receipt.
• Full name of the model, color and size.
• Photograph showing the damage.
