If no one was home during delivery, the carrier may have left your package in a safe spot.

Here’s what to do:

1. Check around your home — porches, garages, or behind planters are common hiding spots.
2. Ask neighbors or building management — someone might have accepted the package on your behalf.
3. Double-check your shipping address in your order confirmation email to make sure it was sent to the right place.

Sometimes packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. We usually recommend waiting at least 48 hours before declaring an item lost. Many customers receive the “delivered” notification slightly ahead of time.
