We’re sorry to hear that your espadrilles didn’t meet your expectations.
Please note that, according to our return policy, all returns must be initiated within 90 days of purchase. Any request submitted after this time frame is considered out of policy and cannot be processed automatically.
That said, we understand that situations may vary, and we’re happy to review your case manually.
How to Request an Out-of-Policy Return Review
To assess eligibility, please contact our Customer Support team and provide clear photos of the shoes, including:
Soles
Insoles
Upper material and jute
This helps us confirm that the items are unworn and in good condition.
Possible Outcomes (If Approved)
If the items are approved after review, we may offer one of the following options:
An exchange for another item of equal or lesser value
Store credit to use on a future purchase
Please note:
Refunds are not available for out-of-policy returns
Approval is not guaranteed and is evaluated on a case-by-case basis
Our Returns Department will review your request within 2–3 business days and notify you by email once a decision has been made.
