Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your Viscata shoes! If not, don’t worry—we accept unworn, unwashed and unaltered items purchased directly from Viscata, returned within 90 days of your order.
Shipping Your Return
- Ship items within 8 days of receiving your Return Label.
- Expired label? Contact [email protected].
- Using the Viscata-provided label ensures faster processing.
- If using another shipping method, choose a tracked service and email us a copy of the receipt and shipping details.
Return Options
Returns must be within 90 days, in their original box and condition.
Exchange – Swap your shoes for a different size or color. Note: If your chosen item is out of stock before we receive your return, we’ll issue a refund instead.
Return Shopping – Exchange items directly on our returns portal for another model, with an extra discount.
Site Credit – Receive a gift card for the total order value, plus an added bonus.
Refund – Shoes in perfect condition can be returned for a refund within 90 days.
Important Notes
- Sale items (15% off or more), including Last Chance items, are final. They can only be exchanged or returned as a gift card.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Items purchased via third-party partners follow their return policies.
