We hope you love our shoes. But sometimes, things don't work out. That’s why we accept unworn, unwashed and unaltered items purchased directly from Viscata that we receive within 90 days of your order date.
Item(s) must be shipped to us within 8 days of receiving your Return Label. If your label expires please contact us via [email protected]. We strongly advise that you use the label provided by Viscata if you wish that your return is processed in a timely manner. If you prefer to return the item(s) using a different method, please, make sure that a registered & tracked serviceis used and keep a receipt. Do not forget to send us a copy of the receipt and the shipping details via the above-mentioned contact email.
These are your return options:
- Exchange:You can exchange your shoes for the size or model that fits you best. As long as you get them back to us within 90 days of purchase, we’ll exchange them for you for free and you will receive a discount compensation. Make sure that you send them back in their original box and in good condition and we’ll do the rest. Keep in mind that if your exchanged item goes out of stock before your original order is scanned via the carrier, you will receive a refund instead.
- Return Shopping: This allows you to exchange your item directly on our website for the model you like with an extra discount.
- Site Credit: You can also request a refund in the form of a gift card of the total value of your order + a discount gift card.
- Refund: If you choose to opt for a refund and the shoes are still in perfect condition, you will have 90 days to return them.
Please note: All items purchased on sale are final and non-returnable. These sale items, marked with a discount of 15 % or greater on the product page, will also be displayed in our Last Chance section while stocks last. If you decide to return, we can only offer a gift card to use in future purchases or you may exchange the item for another more suitable product from the catalog.
