What do I do if I receive the wrong item in my order?Updated 2 months ago

We’re sorry your order wasn’t correct! We’ll help you sort this out as quickly as possible.

Here’s what to do:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with:

    • A photo of the item you received

    • A photo of the shoebox label

    • The name of the item(s) you were supposed to receive

  2. Check your package carefully for any notes or packing slips—sometimes missing items are shipped separately.

While we may not always be able to replace your exact item due to stock availability, we’ll work to resolve the situation in the best way possible.
