What do I do if my item(s) arrives damaged?Updated 2 months ago

We’re sorry to hear your item(s) arrived damaged! Sometimes things can get broken during shipment, but we’re here to help.

Here’s what to do:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with clear photos of the damaged item.

    • Please include more than one photo if possible, so we can see the damage from different angles.

  2. Report damage within 15 days of your order being marked as delivered. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

While we may not always be able to replace your exact item due to stock availability, we’ll work with you to find the best solution possible.
