What is your cancellation policy?Updated 2 months ago

We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible, so cancellation requests may not always be possible once an order has been placed.

If you need to cancel, please email us immediately at [email protected] — ideally within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to stop the process and will confirm your cancellation by email if we’re able to make it in time.

After this period, your order may already be in processing or shipment and we’ll be unable to cancel it.

If your order has already shipped or you’ve received an order confirmation email, cancellation is no longer possible — but don’t worry, you can still request a return or exchange once your order arrives.

💡 Tip: Our fulfillment team works quickly to get your order on its way, so reaching out as soon as possible after placing your order gives us the best chance to make changes or cancel it.
