In most cases, once you’ve dropped off your return, your refund is initiated right away if you’re eligible.

For larger or multiple-item orders, our returns team will first inspect the items once they arrive at our returns center before processing your refund.

We understand you’ll want your money back as soon as possible, but please allow a little time — it can take up to 7 business days for your bank to process the refund and for it to appear in your account.
