When will my exchange be processed?Updated 4 months ago

Your new exchange order will be processed as soon as your item is back in-transit to our return center. 

You may also select "Instant exchange" in our returns portal. Your card will be pre-authorized (this will show as a charge) for the value of the items you are returning. This amount will be released when the items are dropped off and in transit (if within 7 days) and the charge will disappear from your statement (not show as a refund) within 5-7 days after we process.

In both instances, once the order is in our system it then may take up to 2-5 business days for us to process your new order.
