When will my exchange be processed?Updated 2 months ago

Your exchange order will be processed as soon as your returned item is in transit to our returns center.

You can also choose an Instant Exchange through our Returns Portal for a faster experience.

• Your card will be pre-authorized (this may appear as a temporary charge) for the value of the item(s) you’re returning.

• Once your return is dropped off and scanned by the carrier (within 7 days), the pre-authorization will be released.

• The pending charge will disappear from your statement within 5–7 business days — it won’t appear as a refund.

In both cases, once your exchange order enters our system, please allow 2–5 business days for processing before shipment.

Heads up: Exchange processing depends on stock availability. If the item you selected goes out of stock before your return is scanned by the carrier, your exchange will be automatically converted to a refund instead.
